First Shift Visit


O
n your first day of service, your Client Care Manager will visit your home with your new caregiver. 

The purpose of this visit is to:

  • Introduce you to your caregiver.
  • Help you feel comfortable with your caregiver.  
  • Review your health care needs and personal requests.
  • Ensure that your caregiver understands each aspect of your care. 
  • After your first shift we will also call you to ensure that you are satisfied with the service and to see if you were comfortable with your caregiver. 

We understand that it is not easy to let a stranger into your home to help you with your personal care, and we are dedicated to ensuring your comfort and satisfaction with our service.  Remember you always have the choice to change any aspect of your service, and we are always here to listen.
