On your first day of service, your Client Care Manager will visit your home with your new caregiver.
The purpose of this visit is to:
- Introduce you to your caregiver.
- Help you feel comfortable with your caregiver.
- Review your health care needs and personal requests.
- Ensure that your caregiver understands each aspect of your care.
- After your first shift we will also call you to ensure that you are satisfied with the service and to see if you were comfortable with your caregiver.
