Supervisory Visits are conducted for the following reasons:
- Ensure you are satisfied with your service.
- Review your Care Plan and Care Goals and make any changes as requested.
- Ensure that your caregiver is completing their duties as required.
- Complete our Review Visit Checklist which reviews all aspects of your service.
- Review your file to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
- Conduct a Home Safety Inspection.
Please be reminded that you can also call your Client Care Manager at any time to discuss your service requests. We are always here to listen and ensure your satisfaction and comfort.
