Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
Compassionate, Attentive Care when it’s needed most!
Retire-At-Home offers a specialized Alzheimer’s and Dementia program that is catered and customized to the personal needs of each client. Attention must be payed to even the smallest of things that have the potential to improve a client’s responsiveness and quality of life for an individual with any form of Dementia.
Our assessments and nursing visits allow us to understand the individual and alter their care plan accordingly so that caregivers can truly make a positive impact on each client. Individuals with Alzheimer’s and Dementia may also require help with other tasks and duties, such as Personal Care, Home Support and Housekeeping, Meal Preparation and more. Care Plans can and will include any of the services we offer in order to ensure every need, whether medical or otherwise, is addressed and met.
Families who are supporting a loved-one with Alzheimer’s or Dementia may also require some Respite Care in order to have some relief from the constant care and attention they provide. Retire-At-Home will work around the family’s schedule in order to ensure that care is covered whenever these important and well-deserved breaks are needed.
As always, our services are available wherever you may reside, whether it be within in your home, in a retirement community, or in a long-term care facility. Free in-home consultations are available, and someone will be more than pleased to meet with you to discuss concerns, answer questions, and develop a customized care plan.
